Restaurant A Bica, also known as "Lagoas Bica" (due to owning the same building with Residencial Lagoas), is a small restaurant, with a very local atmosphere, but great service and food quality — don't get fooled by the simplistic appearance and style. The "Atum Cebolado" (Onion Tunafish) is one of those dishes that you can hardly find elsewhere.
